Aatif Qamer LLB, MBA, LLM
aqamer@westviewlawllp.comCalled to the Alberta Bar in 2018, Aatif focuses on personal injury, civil litigation, and corporate and commercial law. He represents clients before tribunals and courts and provides strategic advice tailored to their circumstances.

Before joining Westview Law LLP, Aatif represented insurance companies and corporate clients at a western regional law firm, building experience in litigation, dispute resolution and trial advocacy.
His insurance-defence background provides insight into insurer strategy that he now applies when advocating for injured clients. Aatif routinely handles personal injury cases, insurance claims, commercial disputes and general civil litigation.
He earned an MBA from University Canada West and an LLM from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University.

Aqib Iftikhar LLB

Aqib assists with purchases, sales, leases and refinancing. His family practice includes divorce, parenting, custody and support matters, while his immigration work guides individuals and families through applications and legal processes.

Ayo Adeyemo
Ayo is a corporate and commercial lawyer who advises businesses and individuals on governance, transactions, regulatory compliance, contracts and immigration matters.

Her experience spans private practice and in-house legal roles in aerospace, manufacturing, agribusiness, financial services and international development. Before relocating to Canada, she practised in Nigeria and advised multinational companies, financial institutions and emerging businesses.
Ayo also served as Company Secretary to a large agribusiness organization and recently served as a Director on the Board of Women in Aerospace, Canada.
She holds a First-Class LL.B., an MBA from Geneva Business School, and a Certificate in Public Policy from Queen Mary University of London. She is licensed in Ontario and Alberta. Her interests include governance, commercial law, immigration, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and artificial-intelligence governance.

Daniel Amar also known as Ammar Ahmad
Daniel is a member of the Law Society of Alberta with professional interests in criminal law and personal injury law.

Beyond practice, Daniel is the Founder and CEO of NCA Online Teacher, an educational organization supporting internationally trained lawyers through the National Committee on Accreditation examination process in Canada.
Through that work, he has guided hundreds of lawyers across NCA subjects, combining case-law analysis with exam-focused teaching. His work connects legal practice and education by applying litigation experience to make complex legal doctrine accessible.
